Lokalizacja - o dziwo było cicho mimo bezpośredniego sąsiedztwa dworca.
Wielkość pokoju.
Wyposażenie.
Bajzel na klatce (porozwalane fotele, luźne deski podłogi); brudne ściany, które psują ogólne wrażenia estetyczne; prośba właściciela o wyrzucenie śmieci ostatniego dnia pobytu.

駅/バスターミナルの近くなので早朝や夜中の出発・到着に便利。
旧市街には歩いて行ける。
ショッピングセンター（スーパー）が近い。
Wi-Fiがちゃんとつながる。
３０平米あるので1－2人だとゆっくり出来る。
最低限のキッチン器具が揃っている上、前の滞在者が置いていった塩、砂糖、コーヒー、紅茶、油があるので助かる。
冷蔵庫にはミニ冷凍庫も付いてるので、保冷剤が入れられる。
シャンプーやボディソープがある。
バスルームには洗濯用洗剤がある。
遮光カーテンがあるので西日や朝日を遮れる。
他の滞在者も書いている通り、ベッドサイドのランプがない。
エレベーターは階の真ん中で止まるので、スーツケースを持って階段を２０段ほど上る/下る必要がある。
ベッドのマットレスが硬い上、その上にさらに硬い布団が乗っており、寝心地が悪い。
メインのシャワーヘッドが使用できないため、シャワーホースを常に持って浴びなければいけない。
使用できないシャワーヘッドから、シャワー中に冷水が落ちてくる。
ビルの目の前がタクシーや送迎の停車場になっているため、夜中窓を閉めていてもうるさい時がある。
4月なのに暖房が効きすぎて暑かった。自分では調整できない？
冷房はないようだったが、西日が入るので夏はかなり暑くなることが予想される。
