Jan ist ein hervorragender, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und gibt viele Tipps zu möglichen Aktivitäten. Es gibt Reiseführer in verschiedenen Sprachen, die man sich leihen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, verfügen über ein Bad mit Doppeldusche und die gesamte Anlage hat ihren Reiz. Es gibt ein absolut tolles Frühstück mit Käsesorten von verschieden Inseln, Schinken, Eiern (Spiegelei oder Omelette), Joghurt, Früchten und die "üblichen" Zutaten.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The proprietors greeted us upon arrival, and gave us a tour of this historical villa. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, while encouraging us to make this stay anything we wanted it to be. It truly made our honeymoon feel like a relaxing celebration. We loved the location for exploring Pico, and enjoyed the walking paths nearby, including the sidewalks that led to Madalena and nearby restaurants and places for drinks. The breakfast is AMAZING, and was a lovely way to start each morning with a view of the coastline. Our room was comfortable, very well decorated, quiet, and thoughtfully stocked with any and everything you might need any to use while exploring the island. Parking our rental car was also super easy with their parking lot. We absolutely loved this stay - if you’re on the fence like we were about where to stay…book Solar dos Limas! You won’t regret it :)

There isn’t anything to not like about this property, the owners, or the location. It’s all wonderful!
