Very clean, Nikki was great, close to beach.
Sofa & bed a little uncomfortable maybe our aging old body’s!

-Amazing view
-1 block to Kona Village
-Multiple door locks inner and outer and to access the elevator
-Parking was perfect, assigned and within view of condo
-The caretaker was awesome!!!!!
-Safety
-Don’t walk at night
-Property was right next door to a gas station with bars of the windows and the cashier locked in a booth
-Homeless encamped around the property
-Police and alarms form nearby business on several nights

It was close walking distance to the beach, downtown and bus route.
It was updated and clean , with dishes that allowed us to eat in many mornings.
They had beach stuff and snorkeling equipment, chairs, towels and bags.
It took us a bit to get used to not having air conditioning. We were there in January so it didn’t get unbearably hot. The evenings, with the windows open and the fans on was comfortable.
