Hyggelig lejlighed beliggende i gåafstand fra byen og restauranterne. Dejlig terrasse med hyggelig udsigt til by og hav. Man kan sidde og nyde solnedgangen på terrassen.

Lidt lille pool og ikke opvarmet

The rental is on the top floor with a great view of the Kailua-Kona waterfront. Communication from the management team was very good in providing information on access and also with a what to do booklet. The location is great for an easy walk to many different restaurants and super convenient. The rooms have almost everything you could need for a comfortable stay and included beach chairs! Felt like it was a great value for a stay.

It could be a little hot without a breeze but that would a very minor problem. The central location means it is close to a highway that has traffic late in the evening and early in the morning.

The apartment is very modern and clean. Also very well equipped. All information regarding apartment, check in etc. were shared on time with every possible detail which was very helpful. The view is much better than we expected.

Das Apt entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, es war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt- es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung war großartig, nicht nur die Küche war perfekt, es wurden auch Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und -handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, das Zentrum von Kona fußläufig erreichbar, die Aussicht ist schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Kommunikation nach der Buchung war holprig. Das Apt. sollte von 701 auf 301 umgebucht werden, später konnten wie es dann dich beziehen. Der frühere Checkin wurde abgelehnt, der Zugang erfolgte durch zufälligen Kontakt vor Ort gg. 16 Uhr, die Mail mit den Zugangsdaten erhielten wir erst 16:16 Uhr ...
