Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war super, sehr ruhig am Stadtrand und doch zentral. Die Wohnung wirkte zwar kleiner als auf den Bildern, aber die Aufteilung ist so gut, dass man sich auch zu viert nicht ins Gehege kam. Die Aussicht war traumhaft schön und der Gastgeber gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Lage auf einer Anhöhe. Alles was wir für die Ankunft brauchten wurde uns zu Verfügung gestellt: weiche Handtücher, kleine Snacks, Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine, Softgetränke und Wasser. Für die Waschmaschine waren Waschpads da. Cafés, Bäckereien, Apotheke, Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem waren die Fenster alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, was super war, denn die Mücken waren überall, nur nicht im Apartment. Während unseres Aufenthalts war schon absolute Nebensaison, dennoch gab es in N. Marmaras genügend Restaurants und Cafés. Supermärkte, Bäckereien etc. waren geöffnet. Das Wetter war so, dass man die umliegenden tollen Strände genießen und sogar noch baden konnte.

Alles war prima.

We’re so glad we chose this place for our holiday! The apartment is even better in real life than in the photos. The sea view from both the bedroom and the living room is just stunning — watching it right from the bed was such a special and inspiring experience. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and has everything you need. Vagelis is a wonderful host — very caring, quick to reply, and always ready to help with anything. The beach is really close (you just walk downhill), and the town has everything within walking distance. Neos Marmaras is full of lovely tavernas with delicious food, big portions, and super friendly people. We truly hope to come back again and can absolutely recommend this place! 🌿🌊✨

It is like a 5 star hotel. Very clean and comfortable, convenient, parking in the front, very gentle landlord, comfortable beds and a big terrace with great view

We liked everything

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα και όλο το πρώτο πόδι. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα, φούρνο, πλυντήριο, κεραμική εστιά, καφετιέρα με καφέδες, μαγειρικά σκεύη, κ.α. Το ψυγείο περιείχε αναψυκτικά, χυμούς, νερά και κρασί για το καλωσόρισμα. Ο διαχειριστής Παύλος ήταν ευγενικός και ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα σε κάθε μας κάλεσμα. Με διαφορά το καθαρότερο κατάλυμα που έχουμε μείνει. Θα ξαναεπισκευτούμε οπωσδήποτε.
