We stayed in a clean and comfortable apartment in a central location. The hosts were very proactive. I told them about a few technical problems in the apartment, and they came and fixed them in less than an hour. In Greece, things usually move a bit slowly, but that was not the case here. It makes you feel confident when you know the hosts respond so quickly. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, so it was a little difficult to sleep with the windows open. However, the air conditioning in every room worked very well. Overall, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations. High quality with a fair price! If I come Neos Marmaras again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It is not realistic to expect perfect soundproofing in this kind of apartment, but there was almost no sound insulation here. We were lucky because the other guests were quiet. However, if there had been a noisy group, it would have affected us too. Although the bathroom was modern and well equipped, the shower had only one glass panel, and the floor did not slope enough toward the drain. Because of this, some water could leak onto the bathroom floor. You just need to be a little careful when taking a shower. This was not a problem for us, and for a stay of a few days..

Micul dejun nu este asigurat de catre propietate, dar se poate servi in apropiere sau se poate pregati in chicineta propietatii. Am apreciat curatenia impecabila, dotarile apartamentului (de la papuci pana la periute si pasta de dinti, iar dotarile chicinetei sunt curate si variate). Persoana care ne-a asteptat pentru predarea cheilor a fost comunicativa si foarte deschisa. Ne-a recomandat restaurante si plaje in zona, iar apartamentul a fost disponibil chiar mai devreme decat s-a precizat initial. Comunicarea s-a efectuat pe Whats App, inaintea sosirii noastre cat si in timpul sederii. Pentru cei care prefera locatiile fonic izolate, poate fi o problema, caci se cam aud zgomotele celorlalti vecini. Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat acest aspect, iar la randul nostru consideram ca suntem linistiti si nu am deranjat ... (scaunele si mesele de pe terase, daca nu esti atent la a le manevra, ai sanse sa "polueze" fonic) Singura problema a fost cu locul de parcare, deoarece nu este unul destinat acestei propietati, ci tine de "noroc" in zona, sau, in cazul nostru, in ultima seara am parcat la ceva distanta fata de locatie, practic in parcarea publica, deoarece nu a fost posibila gasirea unui loc in vecinatatea apartamentului. Este zona linistita, dar strazile din apropiere sunt putin inguste, in panta si cu multe autoturisme parcate de o parte si de alta. Am precizat unele aspecte care pentru anumite persoane pot da cu minus, dar nu si la noi.... depinde foarte mult de pretentiile fiecaruia. Pentru noi conteaza mai mult curatenia, bunul gust, comunicarea si dotarile, fata de o parcare aproape de locatie..... Bineinteles ca este de apreciat daca exista si parcare inclusa, dar consider ca cei care isi doresc acest lucru, ar trebui sa se informeze in prealabil...😉 Noi ne-am asumat acest lucru, prin urmare nu ne lamentam.

Nu pot spune ca este ceva ce nu ne-a placut.
