L’appartement est agréable et bien placé et très bien équipé
Le ménage était plutôt moyen : sols sales, traces de gras sur les poignées de placard et réfrigérateur, cheveux dans la douche, tapis de bain taché et une machine à laver en pause quand nous sommes arrivés. La terrasse était clairement pas propre.

L'équipement de l'appartement, notamment de la salle de bain (baignoire à remous, douche confortable) ont apporté un plus indéniable. Le grand balcon permet de profiter au mieux de la vue.
L'absence de denrées de base (poivre, sel, huile, café).

Its location, size and security
Strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment and particularly in the bedroom. Pillows and bed smelt of smoke which suggests it may not have been changed since last guests. Very loud at night (street noise) if you leave the windows open and window shutters up. Needed to do this because of strong smell of stale cigarette smoke.
