Non si può desiderare di meglio, un appartamento delizioso in pieno centro storico in una casa a graticcio al secondo e ultimo piano, affascinante, luminoso e perfetto per due persone…dal letto la mattina la finestra inquadra la Flèche della Cattedrale, un sogno! Il proprietario della struttura risponde subito a qualsiasi richiesta, siamo davvero soddisfattissimi, grazie Yann

The apartment is beautiful,, Rouen is beautiful,, perfect,, throughout,, Our stay was great..

The best part of the apartment is its amazing location. The cathedral is seen from the window and it’s gargoyles are watching over your sleep. The amenities are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped.

The instructions how to get the key are provided via an automated system that is accessible via internet or SMS. Unfortunately, We had some trouble with our phone provider and had data access only intermittently. Yet, the instructions were provided in parts, and we needed to tap our phone many times in order to get a simple answer. Overall, getting the keys was like a treasure hunt. At some point, We tried to phone the owner- leaving messages several times. We never received any sign that our messages were received. Overall, the way to collect the keys was inconvenient.
