just one tip: it’d be more thoughtful to provide a few extra rolls of toilet paper and trash bags based on the length of the guest's stay.

Preciós apartament en el centre de Rouen, a un Carrer peatonal, a tres minuts caminant a la catedral, ple de botigues i restauració. Alhora és tranquil i no se sent el soroll del carrer. Compta amb tot lo necessari per viure, des de la cuina fins a la comoditat del menjador. És una cucada d, apartament, còmode, ben situat i que ens ha fet l,estada molt agradable Súper net i amb comunicació amb la persona que ho gestiona, la Chantal, que ens ha respost als nostres dubtes i ens ha orientat en tot També a casa Hi ha un petit kid de benvinguda (càpsules de cafè, té, aigua fresca...) que s'agraeix molt a l,arribada. Per últim disposa també a l,apartament d, informació turística de Rouen. Un 10 d, apartament!

El sofà llit no és del tot còmode

The location of this property was excellent and made it very easy to explore Rouen on foot. It is definitely the biggest advantage of staying here.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our comfort. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the building, which was noticeable during our stay. The bedsheets, towels, and pillows all felt quite old and could benefit from being renewed. We also stayed during very hot weather, and while a fan was provided, it was not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable. Better cooling or additional fans would have made a significant difference.

Le logement est propre, lumineux, spacieux et aménagé avec soin. Les petites attentions ont été très appréciées et la communication avec la propriétaire s'est faite facilement.

Le fait qu'il se trouve au 4ème étage (68 marches) peut être un problème, surtout après une journée chargée. Mieux vaut avoir une bonne condition physique... et de petits bagages !
