Behind the Temple Island Eco-Home 15min walk to Hin Kong Beach

We arrived before the check-in time and they immediately took us to the apartment, they explained everything to us, clean and good service

The owner was very helpful and came by whenever it was needed. It was also nice to message with them for advice. The house is comfortable, spacious, and pleasant to stay in.

It was somewhat difficult to find in the dark, but people were always willing to help, and the owner was easy to reach and very helpful.

The actual property was really lovely. Everything was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Some of the previous review issues were not an issue for us. The bathroom did not have any mosquito issues and was lovely and arriving at the location wasn't an issue as they sent me a taxi company who knew the address.

The reason my review is low is due to the stray dogs around this property. Although there are a lot of strays on the island generally, the only dogs I had issue with were here. Walking down the long and dark path to the house each night was very stressful when barking stray dogs would follow you or come towards you. We would only go out in the morning and back once at night to avoid this journey as it was stressful. If you're very confident with dealing with stray dogs then this might not bother you. For us, it did somewhat spoil the experience as every night was ended with the stress of trying to get home before the dogs got too close to us. We messaged the host for advice but didn't receive the most helpful replies and were told it's an island issue. I've stayed in another part of the island after this and had no issues.
