Good location if you want to be close to the pier.
Bed was very spacious and comfortable
Staff were lovely
The WiFi was absolutely awful, kept dropping out every 10 seconds.
The sink in the bathroom was surrounded by beard hair from whoever previously stayed in the room.

This hotel is walkable from the main Thong Sala pier. Staffs were cooperative and welcoming. The lift was not working when I last stayed here a month ago, but now it is fully operational. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected.
The drainage in the bathroom got problematic. Everytime we took shower, there was a puddle which took some time to drain. It could be understandable because of the potential collection of sand in the pipe due to everyone washing off their sandy feet and body. I will expect it everytime I'll go there.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located in walkable distance from the Thong Sala pier. There is everything nearby, from 7-11, to food courts, cafe, markets and everything else. Staffs are helpful.
When I checked-in they put 2 sets of towels. On the second day, they removed one set which was okay because I was staying alone. During checkout I was questioned about a set of towels, and I had to explain that I had to come down and ask at the reception for changing my towel and complimentary coffee and water bottles because they did not do it. So, if I go there again, I will now immediately report if anything is missing after they make up the room.

Location is great for short stay (as you are next to pier) and you can quickly get to the local markets and restaurants. Worth the money would stay again.
The washroom (shower room) had an odd smell of egg/drainage and was a bit outdated. As well only 1 socket really assessable which didn’t sit properly and door had huge bottom gap so let lots of AC out and noisy if people go past
