Corte Nova Apartment

First and formost Egidio was an incrediby kind and generous host and was very attentive to my (twice) special requests. The location was exactly what I needed betwen Lido and the main island, just on the verge of Arsenale in the modern but vivid Garibaldi street. The apt' had ALL I could possibly think of: was well equipped, quiet, spacious for 1 person, and I had my privacy time when I had to cut away from the Cinema Festival hustle and bustle vibes. The kitchen was also great and so is the rest. It even had a very useful airconidtioning.

I could use a better bathroom storage solution for my stuff inside and outside of the shower. The bedroom could be better lit (double layered curtain, which keeps your privacy but let daylight in, could be useful), but to me it didn't make much difference. It's a super prcatical apartment but isn't designed or renovated in a long time, so the furnitures and storage are a bit outdated. Yet I must say that it fits exactly the description online and I had such a great time there, because it's clean and convienet and pretty in its venitian way.

Apartman je na odličnom mestu, izmedju Arsenala i Giardina( ako ste došli zbog Biennala). Mirno mesto ,a odmah iza ugla su restorani, prodavnice, apoteka ,pijaca.

Apartman ima blag miris na vlagu. Valjda je i to deo šarma života u Veneciji.

Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse des hôtes, la localisation proche de la Biennale, les équipements pratiques. Tout est à sa juste place. La connexion wifi très bonne.

Great location not far from attractions but it is also in a quiet area which was good

Furniture is very dated. Wardrobe was dropping to bits hinges was broke on the wardrobe doors and the bottom of the draws had dropped through so was skeptical to use which was not ideal. There was no iorn or ironing board provided. There was some kind of rust stains on the floor next to the bead which raised questions on how clean the property was, as well there was some sort of dust on and around the sink as if someone had been drilling holes in the wall again this was concerning as to weather the apartment had been cleaned prior to our arrival.
