I stayed for 5 nights and when I booked it I was not 100% sure if it maybe feels too good to be true. But it is the real deal. For Tokyo and Japanese standards the apartment feels very generous, for a solo traveller. There is proper space, a surprisingly large bathroom and a real shower cabin, which you do not always get in this size. The location is a big plus. You are right in the middle of the action in Kabukicho/Shinjuku, but somehow still a bit away from the noise. So you have all the restaurants, shops, lights and transport close by but it did not feel chaotic. Also for all Japanese toilet enthusiasts: the toilet has probably more buttons and functions than a Tesla. Absolute recommendation for solo travellers.

For one person it is really great, but for two people I would be a bit more careful. The apartment is still spacious for Tokyo, but the bed is positioned in a way that one person basically has to climb over the other one to get in and out. For a couple it can still be okay, but more than one person will feel tighter than you may expect from the photos. There is also something like a small balcony or opening area, but it is more blocked by the bed and not really a balcony you would properly use. So overall my only real warning is: perfect for one person, possible for two, but not as relaxed anymore.
