Heathrow luxury stay

Enjoyed all the amenities provided, bath and shower plus double bed was nice! Host lives in the property too, which I neglected to realise prior to my stay! However you feel the split between their space and your own, host respects your privacy massively. Got some good recommendations for nearby cafes and was nice having a conversation with them too! Great guy!

I had no idea that the apartment was shared with the owner. Got the fright of my life when someone walked into the apartment around 11:30pm. This is just a room in their apartment with a shared bathroom. Thank goodness they didn't come home while I was showering with the bathroom door wide open. As a female solo traveller, I would never book shared accommodations for safety reasons. I didn't sleep at all, I didn't feel comfortable, and left first thing in the morning. Looking back on the booking.com advertisement, it does say shared bathroom but it's not easily found. I'd suggest this is made much more clear so travellers aren't surprised by this.
