The property was very close to Heathrow and the Crematorium where we had to attend a funeral. We comfortably fitted three couples into large rooms. There was very good hot water in the showers. We were able to order a takeaway and sit around a dining table and catchup. Tesco was across the road so we could easily provide ourselves with breakfast. There was off road parking. This made it good value for money. WiFi worked well.
Although the on-line remote communication is good and efficient, I am old fashioned and like to know a person is receiving us so that if there is an issue, they can solve it. There were a few snags which the owner apologised and didn't affect our stay of one night. Most of everything you need for a more extended stay was there if you were self-catering, but perhaps not enough cutlery. Bedside lamps were not available and would be better.

Very convenient location for Heathrow, off street parking, warm and clean property with comfortable beds.
There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed - eg only 3 forks (in a house that sleeps at least 7!), upstairs shower holder is broken, bath plug missing so kids can’t have a bath, downstairs shower mixer is stuck, front door handle doesn’t work (but internal front door can still be locked so it is safe), bath towel left drying on the radiator in one bedroom (presumably from a previous guest?)…once fixed it will be an excellent property

Fabric of the house was greatly presented, lots of room, comfortable beds.
Kettle didn't work, coffee was sachets and stuck into the pot, past thier best, grill on cooker didn't work properly, no antislip mat in the bath, one of my friends slipped and hurt themselves.
