Chao Hostel

駅から近く、飲食店などお店の集中しているエリアにある。 とても清潔で、質問があればLINEですぐに回答してくれる。今回で3回目だが、この辺りのゲストハウスでこのクオリティだとお得感がある。 今回、先に荷物を預かってもらってとても助かった。

エレベーターがない。三階で荷物が重いとかなり大変。

Very spacious and comfortable room overall. It was clean. Bathroom was sizable and the toilet had a bum gun. The room as a floor fan, which is a huge plus. There is a water machine and a common area to sit. As a location near the train station, it is very convenient.

I had the 1F double room, and there is a huge gap underneath the door(see photo). The whole room lights up at night due to this. I don't understand why hotels in Taiwan insist on keeping this "feature" I had to take the blanket from the other bed and cover the base of the door with it, which is a ridiculous solution that a guest would need to do to fix the hotels invented problem. Additionally, the soundproofing is not good. When i was trying to sleep, some other guests were in the common area just outside my door and were being very loud. This is part a hotel problem, and part a problem of rude people not having any common courtesy. I could never imagine speaking so loudly at night when there might be people trying to sleep nearby. Also, if you wash clothes in the bathroom and need to hang them up to dry, you can hang them in the bathroom since it has a dehydration heater. But there is not much space to hang clothes.

地點距離火車站很近，走路就可以抵達。斜對面也有7-11。一樓的公用領域很大，也有茶水可以沖泡，設施都滿新的，也打掃得很乾淨，自助入住沒有問題。房間出乎意料的大間! 只有樓梯，如果有大型行李或是行動比較不方便的入住二樓以上要留意。如果要叫車的話建議用55688，uber要等比較久甚至叫不到。

隔音還是稍嫌比較不足，飲水機只有一樓有，住二樓以上就必須來回樓梯取用，在一樓講話也很擔心會吵到其他住戶。因為環保的關係沒有提供任何杯子或是水壺，需要喝水的要自備。但也建議可以考慮每個房型都提供有一定公升數的水壺避免來回走動。
