服務部分非常值得稱讚。每日皆有更換毛巾與整理房間，維持得相當乾淨。第一天使用四樓陽台的洗衣機洗衣時，曾遇到脫水不完全的狀況，只能先勉強把較濕的衣物晾起來。沒想到隔天外出回來，洗衣機竟已直接更換為一台全新的，這樣迅速而貼心的處理，讓我們十分驚訝，也感受到業者對住宿品質的重視。
住宿另提供每人60元早餐券，可至對面早餐店兌換餐點。早餐選擇實在、口味也不錯，是相當方便而有誠意的安排。公共廚房則提供免費餅乾、泡麵與咖啡，冰箱內也備有冰礦泉水；不過冰礦泉水似乎只有第一天補充，後續未再看到，但房間內本身仍有提供礦泉水，基本需求並無問題。
地點更是這裡的一大優勢。旅宿外即是圓環，前往潮州冷熱冰、燒冷冰，以及各類牛肉、羊肉名店都相當方便，不必走太久便能抵達。對於想悠閒品嘗潮州在地美食的旅客而言，確實是很理想的住宿位置。
房間位於四樓，雖然沒有電梯，但對我們四位同行者而言並不構成太大困擾；不過若是長輩、行動較不方便的旅客，搬運行李或上下樓可能會較為辛苦。
房間設備方面，對我們四人而言，床墊稍微偏軟、枕頭偏高，冷氣的冷房效果也略嫌不足，這部分或許可再微調。
