硬體的部分：浴室熱水充沛, 除了仍聽得到同樓層住客開關門聲音外, 沒有特別的噪音, 房間有備用枕頭棉被讓我們可以一人一被不干擾很棒
早餐：早餐提供隔壁早餐店抵用券, 便利好吃
地點：走出門幾乎就是海鮮街, 有名的東昇和佳珍海產就在鄰近, 對面就有uBike站, 非常方便
服務：因故需臨時延遲退房, 房東非常體貼, 很是感謝

3. 合作的早餐店餐點簡單但蠻好吃。很早就開門，一大早離開也不擔心錯過早餐。只是旅館提供的是折價券，超過的要自付。早餐店只有室外兩個長板凳，店內沒有座位。
1. 沒有電梯，如果帶大行李會比較累。
2. 電燈沒有雙切，睡覺熄燈還要走到門邊去關燈。

櫃台人員蠻親切的，房間很大
房間很大，但放東西的平台有點少，然後沒想到需要爬三樓樓梯，第三層樓梯有點陡，浴巾是乾淨的，但使用到有些都破洞了
