地處清閑雅靜，距離王爺奶奶廟、鄭成功廟非常之近，抄小路即可抵達，有在地生活文化之深度旅遊，很喜歡這種感覺，而且老闆親切友善，（早上應該是老闆娘，還有跟我打招呼），讓我初次探索屏東小鎮的經驗極其美好而深刻。附贈連鎖早餐券，附近有許多當地美食，評價之高，俗擱大碗，好喜歡這裡的帶給我悠悠的感覺，尤其是曾獲100碗的榕樹下，一早就可以讓人味蕾滿足。
因為是一棟房子，總共有三道關卡（鑰匙），有自己的車庫，所以住宿備感安全，非常滿意；也因此，客廳、廚房、冰箱都是共用，很適合自煮，另附贈早餐是配合的早餐券，可疊加亦可補差價；房內設備齊全且可愛，看得出老闆精心布置，尤其是那隻羊駝～還有全身鏡（甚至有掛鉤）！廁所有防水拖鞋，小窗外還可以看到鳥兒來訪，著實有趣；淋浴設備有三個出水孔，洗澡很方便，開心。
因為這次體驗，讓我還想再造訪麟洛。
房間偏窄小，若有行李箱可能不夠放。
浴廁沒有乾濕分離，淋浴設備離馬桶很近，水流容易沾溼垃圾桶。
浴室拖鞋不可免俗地有些痕跡，但不影響使用。
