Good value room in good quiet location, great for rest & sleep.

The cooking facilities is complete and convenient. Plenty of equipment provided to hang clothing to dry. Neighborhood is quiet & feels safe.

The attic room is fine for mid spring temperature when it is cooler, but there is only 1 attic rooftop window, so in hotter months, this could be an issue.

alleen een zolderraam dus geen uitzicht.Het was zeker 20 minuten lopen langs een saaie drukke weg .naar het centrum. .

Nous n'avons pas séjourné ici malgré notre réservation

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la location.

Par canicule, cette location se situe dans les toits. Il faisait 35 degrés dehors, 40 degrés dedans. Sur place : un ventilateur et un velux, impossible de faire de l'air. Nous n'avons pas pu rester et avons donc dû réserver une chambre d'hôtel a la dernière minute. Le "parking" est en fait une petite place dans la rue devant la maison, sur la route directement car il n'y a pas de trottoir. Si vous tenez à votre voiture, il est conseillé de se garer plus loin. Je trouve ça un peu grossier de mettre "parking" sur l'offre. Nous avons demandé un geste plutôt qu'un remboursement car nous avons conscience que la météo ne dépend pas des propriétaires, c'est à ce jour toujours en attente, depuis 2 mois.

Le studio se trouve à quelques minutes à pied les endroits que nous voulions visiter le Clos Lucé le Château-Gaillard ainsi que le centre-ville tout proche

Rapport qualité prix normal mais on peut trouver mieux. C'est vraiment le minimum du minimum.

Logement sous les toits. En période de canicule c'est pas terrible. Equipement 1er prix; Même pas un sachet de thé ou dosette de café. Une carafe d'eau fraiche dans le frigidaire aurait été apprécié. C'est très éloigné du centre et bruyant : route. Le lit est très moyen.

J'aurais apprécié deux trois capsules de café pour dépanner. Chaque location a sa propre machine à café et lorsque on change chaque jour difficile d'avoir les bonnes capsules. Il y avait du café instantané mais il faut apprécier ce qui n'est pas mon cas. Désolée

Prima plek voor een enkele overnachting Gebruikte heb voor 1 overnachting tijdens een fietstocht. Fiets kon in de tuin achter een gesloten hek. Prima bed. Loopafstand van de kastelen en het centrum (15 minuten)

Literie en bon état. C'est un studio qui convient pour une nuitée.

Il y avait une paire de savates pointure 44 qui traînait. Les bouches d'aération étaient bouchées par des tapis et un calendrier 2024, c'est pas terrible pour la sécurité. Pas de torchon. Pas de déco. Pas de petite attention pour le voyageur. La propriétaire devait m'envoyer les instructions pour l'arrivée, elle a oublié. Elle devait passer me voir. J'attends toujours. Le velux ne ferme pas complètement.

Studio pratique

Petit studio pratique avec le nécessaire au niveau cuisine. Salle de bain très propre et fonctionnelle. Emplacement tout près du Clos Lucé et du château.

La mise en route du chauffage est un peu long et on a eu un peu froid au début. Un seul vélux pour le studio. Pour un arrêt de passage, c'est super mais je n'y resterai pas pour plusieurs jours.

Pause confort à 2 pas du clos Lucé

Accueil par un jeune homme soucieux de vous rendre service. Le studio se trouve dans une extension de la maison des propriétaires. Très propre, fonctionnel et spacieux. Bien équipé. Cette maison est proche du Clos Lucé et facile d'accès vers le centre ville d'Amboise à pied.

Avoir plus de description du contenu de la cuisine afin de prévoir(ex: cafetière à capsules mise à disposition: type de capsules?). J'avais demandé un endroit fermé pour mettre mon vélo, il m'avait été répondu qu'il y avait un cabanon en extérieur, ce n'était pas le cas MAIS la propriétaire a trouvé une solution pour le sécuriser. L'extérieur est désordre à cause des travaux en cours.
