-Bedroom 1; 1 large double bed in 180 cm X 200 cm
( The interior walls are made of stone and will provide you with natural insulation )

- Bedroom 3 air-conditioned: 1 bed in 140 cm x 200 cm + 1 sofa bed 2 places in 140 x 200 cm Accommodating 4 people (Ideal couples with children or children's rooms)
The house has a pretty MOBALPA fitted kitchen with a Quartz worktop and a snack area - bar for 4 people to accompany you to the aperitif for the preparation of your dishes.
(Cookware, food processor, complete utensils). Its direct access to the terrace of 40 m2 is an asset. (adjoining laundry room of 9m2 with LL + SL ) The living room, kitchen is air-conditioned.
You also have the authenticity of a functional old-fashioned bread oven with a piazzetta with stone benches in the shade of the trees.
