About this villa rental
a property located in the plain of peri 15 minutes from the center of Ajaccio. very quiet between sea and mountains close to the beaches and the river. a luxury address where everything is done for your comfort. the villa is suitable for families as well as couples without children.
THE VILLA:: an area of 200 m2,
the first floor: entrance,
THE SLEEPING with 3 rooms. two bathrooms. two dressing
THE SHOW: style sofas around a large marble fireplace Louis XV, a large LCD screen with 124 cm console, VCR, DVD, high speed internet connection.
DINING ROOM with large table adjacent to the kitchen. this large room of 70 m2 without partitions boasts 3 large windows with brick partition overlooking the terrace and loggia.
KITCHEN: kitchen utensils, large marble worktop with a counter, oven, induction hob, a door leads to the cellar
THE CELLAR: with a washing machine, two fridges, freezer, microwave and storage shelves.
FIRST FLOOR: large room of 45 m2
all parts are of course air-conditioned, electric window shutters with individual or general orders
OUTSIDE: The land covers an area of 2000 m2 entirely closed. Parking next to a gate that locks and ample secure parking .coté garden loggia with two tables, barbecue and plancha .a large front terrace with sunbeds. a large grassy area ideal for children with 3 garden furniture. a bowling game.

We as a family with two boys (6 & 8 years) had a beautiful stay in this amazing villa. The description and the photos are exactly as per the reality and there is absolutely nothing missing or to complain about. We can 100% recommend this accommodation to everybody else and we will come back for sure!
