The house sleeps 7 and is laid out as follows:

A separate studio downstairs sleeps 4 and is laid out as follows:
- A living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a double sofa bed, a dining area and a private terrace with a table, chairs and a barbecue
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside:
- A 150 m² enclosed garden with 180-degree terraces, sea and maquis views, with tables, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days
