Making the actual booking is confusing, on arrival I was expecting that the pool would be accessible via our villa and that our villa was as per images, clearly this was just the largest villa, and ours was much smaller. In actual fact the pool area is communal and a few minutes walk away. It’s lovely, but it’s just not clear when you’re booking. We had use of a washing machine in our villa however the spin cycle wasn’t working, meaning the clothes were dripping wet, I tried different cycles and a separate spin cycle nothing made a difference. On discussing this with reception I was informed I had put on the wrong cycle. The pillows were completely inadequate, almost piece meal inside meaning myself and husband had bad backs after the first night. After requesting (twice) for additional pillows we slept much better the second night. WiFi at your room is an additional charge €8 a day, this information is not included at booking, just that WiFi is included. Which it is in the communal areas. Finally we were told to bring our own linen otherwise charge would be €10 per person, I messaged via booking.com and said we’d bring our own, which we did but then on arrival linen was in our rooms. On check out, we were then charged for the linen hire. This removed on discussion however just poor communication.
