The breakfast is included in the price and was very complete really nice, the host asked us what we liked and saw to it that we had everything we wanted. He also had many local products which was nice to try. The bed was comfortable and the appartment was very complete. The pool is heated and had a nice temperature (nice and refreshing in hot days and warm enough in cold days). If you wanted warmer then there was also a hot tub :) The host was really nice and even though his english wasn't perfect he really tried to make himself clear and make sure our stay was perfect.

There was clearly some maintenance required in some areas (mainly outside, inside was fine). The pool deck had a few bad spots for example, though the worst spots had already been fixed. The sauna had some trouble getting warm at the feet during the cold evening we used it. The host explained to us that he had purchased the place a two years back and that the place had been in a really bad shape, he does everything alone (cleaning the appartments and all the maintenance) and tries to fix as much as possible when time permits.
