About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming single-storey, air-conditioned house with mountain views and private swimming pool in the commune of Peri. It measures 170 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It has a lovely 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 2,500 m² garden. With Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 90 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a shower room with WC
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: two 90 cm single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, plus a 90 cm single bed.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 3.5x8m, with a gradual depth of up to 1.60m. It is open from May to September and equipped with a security alarm.
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A lovely 2,500 m² enclosed garden
The house is ideally located between the sea and the mountains in Peri, in a very pleasant environment. You can reach the sea in 15/20 minutes and the mountains in 30/40 minutes. Nearby you can enjoy all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private grounds. You can also park 1 car in the garage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio (about 20 minutes)
