This flat is located in Font de Sa Cala (Capdepera) and comprises two independent units that can accommodate 12 guests. It is an ideal setup for two families wishing to vacation together while maintaining their own space, as both flats are located on the first floor.
The flats share the main outdoor areas, which include an 8x8m chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m to 2m, a barbecue, and a porch furnished with sofas and a large table perfect for meals or drinks with your group. Additionally, both flats feature furnished terraces where you can enjoy outdoor dining.
Interior Description
Both flats feature a pleasant living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV (one has a fireplace). The independent kitchens are fitted with vitroceramic cooktops and are fully equipped for comfortable cooking. Each flat has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
For sleeping arrangements, each flat offers 3 bedrooms with fans. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms in each flat have 2 single beds each. Each flat also includes two bathrooms with showers. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
This property is located in Font de Sa Cala, a small urbanization halfway between Capdera and Cala Rajada, a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca that offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. At only 500 meters from the house is located the magical Caló des Carregador, ideal for enjoying the purest Mediterranean. There are also other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area enjoys great nightlife and you can visit nearby places of interest such as the caves of Artà or the Castle of Capdepera.
