About this house rental
House with a shared pool in the residence and 2 bicycles at your disposal. Activities available: tennis, table tennis, pétanque, cycling, swimming pool in summer. Quick walking access to the GR34 trail.
The large residence pool is accessible only in summer. Located between La Baule and Le Croisic, on the Guérande peninsula, this charming seaside villa is set in a sought-after, quiet residence, in the heart of a pine forest, not overlooked and just 5 minutes' walk from Govelle beach.
The property has three bedrooms, two of which are adjoining. A double sofa bed is also available in the living room for extra sleeping space.
We ask you to leave the house in the same condition as upon arrival. If this is not respected, fees may be deducted from the deposit.
Optional cleaning: available for an extra fee.
