Cleaning deposit deposit 50€ not cashed (the apartment must be left clean) at the end of the rental.
To add: tourist tax per night and per adult.
Payment of a 30% deposit when you take the rental. The rest on arrival of your stay when you hand over the keys.
Feedback forces us to charge electricity at the market price for rentals in the low season (October to April). Unfortunately our resources are not eternal and when they are not charged, some people think they are free and unlimited.
Minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday for July and August.
Minimum rental of 3 days the rest of the year

90€/night June and September
