Located in FRONTIGNAN in a quiet subdivision between Montpellier and Sète, 5 minutes from the beach in frontignan and opposite the small hill gardiole where you can go on beautiful hikes (departure from the villa on foot), this beautiful and spacious villa will seduce you for its space to live and for are pleasant outside frame.
50 m from a bakery, grocery store, wine cellar and restaurant.
A MACDONALD at 300 m. Portuguese restaurants.
FRONTIGNAN town center is less than 2 km away, RESTAURANTS, BANKS, DOCTORS, WALKING, INITIATIVE UNION, TRADE, etc ...........

You will stay in a detached house on 400 m2 of land. 118 m2 house with picture window veranda, private parking, 7 x 3. meter swimming pool. 60 Max 1.70 depth with lounge chairs, relax.
Are LARGE BARBECUE with branches and stumps, under shelters with working plant,
refrigerator, sink and drinking water more furniture and are large stone BAR with stools, equipped with lighting for the evenings.

Propriétaire sympa Maison spacieuse et bien équipée grandes chambres agréables
Une clim au salon serait un plus
Belle piscine dommage qu il y a le bruit des trains l étang avec les poissons et la tortue faisaient la joie des enfants

You are a 15 min drive from the beach with loads of free parking. The town of Frontignan is great, Sette 15 mins away even better. Lovely markets, plenty of restaurants. From the property is a pattiserie, delly and a wine shop, easy walk in the morning. At the property, the pool is great, the barby fabulous, the fish can be hand fed, and Albert the tortoise will come when whistled! Outside has loads of sun bathing seating, and dinning seating. The pool area is not overlooked. Very well equipped kitchen and shower room. Yves, while not speaking English tries to be very helpful and is easy to contact. Google is very useful. I have great positive memories.

Cette villa est sympa mais lorsqu' on regarde de plus près, on s aperçoit qu' elle est pleins de défauts. Concernant l exterieur, la terrasse est remplie de toiles d araignées, le coin étang est joli mais cela attire les moustiques. L ' intérieur a l' air propre mais c est pleins de poussières. Nous sommes traiteur et nous avons l habitude de louer des propriétés pour nos prestations et c est bien la première fois qu' on nous demande les noms des invités ! Le propriétaire a l air sympatique au premier abord mais méfiez-vous! Nous l avons trouvé très curieux, pas confiant et très rétissant à notre égard par ses remarques déplacés. Prévoir de venir avec vos produits ménagers et votre aspirateur pour faire le ménage car il n y a aucun produits fournis et le propriétaire n hésitera pas à garder votre chèque de caution pour deux gouttes d eau sur l e miroir ! Pour tout cela, je ne recommanderai pas cette villa!
