For those inevitable thrills and spills, there’s a laundry closet in the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.

We have solar panels to help with the power, but unfortunately, there`s nothing we can do about the water or internet

This is a self-check-in property. You will use a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available seven days a week! Should you need anything, just send us a message!

The property is 5.5 km | 3 mi from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). The area is well-served by public transportation, including buses and taxis, providing easy connectivity to key destinations within San Juan. If you rent a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations, there’s gated parking on site.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site you make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Make sure you have the allowed number of guests to avoid anybody not having a place to sleep.
- 2 Pets under 60 pounds each are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

The apartment is conveniently located near the supermarket and beach. The pool is perfect! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The security is constantly monitoring the area and the community is gated, we felt really safe. However, the bathroom is TINY and there’s only 1 mirror in the entire apartment. Getting ready for 2 females was a challenge especially since the outlet in the bathroom needs to be replaced. We also had low water pressure which was not the fault of the property owner, but the toilet plunger was also broken and we went several days with toilet issues. A plumber did come out and was able to plunge the toilet for us. He was extremely nice. Also, we only had internet for 1 day of our 5 day stay. Usually internet access isn’t an issue for me however I had assignments I needed to completely while on vacation. The host said there was a community outage. So just remember while staying here that it is a redeveloping country and our privileged amenities may not be available at all times.

We really enjoyed the stay! Great area close to restaurant, stores and easy access to beach. The place was very clean including the kitchen had all you utensils needed. Great communication with the host immediate response. The pool was delightful. All in all thumps up. Thank you. MARIA

My daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break. The apartment was ground floor, clean and as in description. The bathroom was small but clean with wonderful shower and nice towels. We enjoyed the kitchen and living room which gave us some space when needed. The host sent detailed information to get into unit (the key box was a bit challenging to open even though the directions and video sent were excellent). When I sent a question about grocery store the Host sent a video on how to get from the unit to the store which is so very close. The unit had most everything for cooking including knives, cutting boards and pots/pans. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk away with gorgeous sand and water! The beach towels in the unit were a wonderful treat as well as a beach chair we could borrow. We did not go swimming due to high rip current risks, so we went back to the pool at the apartment. Small but cool, clean and refreshing. We enjoyed sitting out on the chairs in front of our unit for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We did not rent a car but choose to Uber or walk most places. There was parking out front for a car if you have one. Overall this was a perfect place for us to enjoy our first trip to Puerto Rico and San Juan. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The space was totally fine, though small. The AC helped this small apartment work for the night. Not a very comfortable place to hang out, though.
