This modern and cozy two-room apartment is located on a large and quiet private property in the small country town of Mechelsdorf, between the lively Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (2 km) and Kühlungsborn (8 km), with the extension of the house with its staircase. The house also has a beautiful garden with a lawn, comfortable garden furniture, and a barbecue area.
