Pleasant holiday for 2 adults offers our small apartment in a quiet location in the romantic village Kägsdorf.
The apartment is located in the Landhaus Ostseeblick and has a floor space of 40sqm about a cozy living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.
The natural beach of Kägsdorf is 800m from the object and within walking distance or easily accessible by bike or car. The numerous shops and cultural attractions in the neighboring Baltic Sea Kühlungsborn can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
A paradise for cyclists is the Kägsdorf and the surrounding seaside resorts connecting extensive cycle path network. The fairytale coastal landscape and sea air make every bike ride a special experience.
The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access (free).
From the hallway you get into a cozy living / dining area with seating area, small kitchenette and dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, kettle, coffee maker, 2-plate stove, fridge and crockery.
A couch with coffee table and a comfortable armchair with stool invite you to linger. A flat-screen TV with remote control is included.
The bedroom has a double bed (LxW: 200x180cm) and wardrobe and storage space. If necessary, the room can be almost completely darkened by means of a window blind. Bed linen is available.
The tiled daylight bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
The spacious outdoor areas invite you to linger in the middle of nature. For your car is a reserved parking space in the property. Bicycle racks are right in front of the house. A washing machine is available for common use (charged, coin operated).
The apartment is ideally suited to spend relaxing days away from the direct hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts without giving up the benefits of gastronomic and cultural offers in the immediate vicinity. Die Wohnung war super. Sauber, ruhig gelegen und modern eingerichtet.
Das angegebene WLAN funktioniert nicht, obwohl Vermieter alles unternommen hat.
Deshalb z.T. Nur 4 Sternchen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett und vollständig ausgerüstet. Es fehlte nichts. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen top.
Das Bad müßte aber gründlicher gepflegt werden (Duschtüren), sonst sind hier mal Reparaturen nötig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Mixer und Toaster wäre nicht schlecht und evtl.Mikrowelle. Das Treppenhaus war leider sehr schmutzig und wurde auch während unserem Aufenthalt von niem.andem gekehrt oder geputzt.Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und mit dem Rad alles schnell zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es ein raffiniertes Kiosk wo man tägl.frische Brötchen Obst und Gemüse Wie im Tante Emma Laden kaufen kann.Mittwochs frischen Räucherfisch ! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Kägsdorf. Haus mit 8 Parteien. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und ideal für 2 Personen.
Dachgeschosswohnung mit Schrägen.
Der Wohn- und Essraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (Markengeräte).
Schlafzimmer ausreichend dimensioniert mit Kleiderschrank und diversen Ablagemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Bad mit Dusche (70x70cm) ist in Ordnung.
Ein Abstellraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Endlich eine Wohnung mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten . Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns aufgrund des Wetters viel in der Wohnung aufgehalten und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl.
