Lovingly in 2011 newly built apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea to feel good (1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 small hall, garden use, barbecue pavilion, table tennis)
Up to 4 people can relax in a beautiful setting and enjoy the sunset by the sea.
A very lovingly landscaped garden on the property invites you to a barbecue. directly at the house are the parking spaces for your use.
Kägsdorf is a small holiday village below the highest in Germany lighthouse, which is located on a 1 km high hill.
Shops are available in the village from April to October with regional products. In high season is also open on Sundays. Otherwise year-round in the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn in 3 km distance.
The beach is about 1.5 km and there is a very well-developed bike path.
In good weather you can watch the sunset from the house.
The landlady lives in the house.

Hübsche, kleine Wohnung, ausreichend für 4 Leute. Toller Grillplatz, den wir nutzen konnten.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden, was deutlicher im Inserat gemacht werden könnte.
Die Küche könnte bisschen besser ausgestattet sein, zb Messer zum Schneiden. Aber sind auch so nicht verhungert :p
Zusätzlich kann man sich Fahrräder dorthin liefern und abholen lassen. Das Meer ist etwa 20 min zu Fuß entfernt ein klassischer Badestrand ist jedoch etwas weiter weg. Mit Fahrrädern kein Problem.
Schade ist jedoch, dass das Inserat mit mehreren Bildern von einem Pool wirbt, der nicht benutzt werden darf. Dies ist verständlich, da die Vermieterin mit im Haus wohnt und auch ihre privaten Bereiche hat und braucht, jedoch sollte damit dann nicht auf Bildern geworben werden, das ist für Gäste verwirrend.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben eine saubere Wohnung vorgefunden.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und für einen Erholungsurlaub perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der ersten Etage eines Wohnhauses. Insgesamt gibt es drei FeWo's. Diese ist die mittlere. Sauberkeit war super. Einrichtung ist gut. Speziell das Bett war klasse. Groß genug auch für Leute über 1,85m. Die Küche ist angemessen, lediglich der fehlende Backofen könnte stören. Hat uns aber nicht. Direkt im Dorf gibt's nicht wirklich viel zu entdecken. Nur der Bastorfer Leuchtturm liegt in der Nähe.
Kühlungsborn ist rund 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Wir beide haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und der Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Kühlungsborn, uns hatte es allerdings der Naturstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Ruhe des Örtchens sehr viel mehr angetan. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles lief reibungslos ab. Absolut zu empfehlen!
