About this house rental
Enjoy this 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath home. The large sand bar gives you easy access to the Elk River for kayaking or fishing. Or ride your bike less then 400 yds to the Elk River Rail Trail. Sutton Moose is about 10 miles away as well as Sutton Lake and Dam. There is a large sand bar to play in the river or put in or take out a kayak. This is a great place just to come sit back and relax. Enjoy the river sitting out on the back porch and watching the river flow. Plenty of wild life to enjoy from groundhogs, water turtle, fish, deer and the occasional bear. There is Hotspot WiFi with a Roku stick supplied or bring a book or enjoy some of the dvds available.

This place was perfect for our family. The view from the back porch was beautiful and relaxing. We all enjoyed spending time fishing and playing in the river. It was central to our activities we had planned for our stay.

We were in town for a long weekend. Found the property very accessible and inviting. The house was quite comfortable inside, but the outside views and natural beauty were even more inviting. Relaxing on the front porch swing and enjoying the river view from the back porch was a true highlight of our visit. River accessibility was a definite plus. Would definitely stay here again.
