In the heart of the 11th arrondissement, this beautiful 38 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It's ideal for a romantic getaway.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is very well located. The area is very busy with shops, bars and restaurants, as well as three excellent bakeries.
There's a market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir (every Tuesday and Friday morning).
Vélib' stations are close to the building.
Places of interest close to the apartment:
- Place de la République, 10 minutes' walk away;
- the Marais district, also 10 minutes away;
- Père-Lachaise cemetery 15 minutes away;
- Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral 20 minutes by subway; and much more...

Paris' 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the sense that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges and hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travelers to the center.
