Hitoshi calor esa semana y no tenía are acondicionado , y la ducha es bastante pequeña

The location is hands down the best selling point. Located on a relatively quiet side street off a very lively street, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Oberkampf metro and walking distance to a bunch of other great neighborhoods like Le Marais and Belleville. The key pick-up went very smoothly and we were even able to store our luggage at the key pick-up spot after checkout for 5 EUR a piece. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the apartment had everything we needed. The bed, despite being a pull-out couch, was surprisingly very large and comfortable. The bathroom situation was perfectly fine for a long weekend stay but I see how it might feel cramped for a longer stay.

On the fourth floor with no elevator, but we knew that beforehand and it wasn't too bad.

L’appartement est identique aux photos et descriptif. Il est super propre ✨! Le quartier est très calme et la chambre/séjour donne sur cour sans vis à vis. La literie est au top pour un bon repos après des journées de visites et les 4 étages à monter 😮‍💨. Communication fluide et clés à récupérer à 50 mètres de l’appartement, 24h/24 : super facile.

La douche est étroite et l’obscurité totale n’est pas possible.

Great location, great community with a nice local cafe and lovely market which only operates on the weekends and the host was responsive.

Apparently too small, 1) you cannot have both bed and living room area due to the built-in bed always put down; 2) we are 2 slim ladies but the bathroom still cannot fit in both of us, particularly shower area doesn’t have enough room for someone your size. The room is located in a relatively old buildings so the noises from the neighbourhood can be easily caught. Also, there are 2 fans provided but unfortunately none of them worked.
