The place is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with via text. It's a shame she only spoke French, and I had to translate her messages every time. The location is excelent, especially since the metro stop is right in front of the apartment. The metro line takes you to all the most touristy spots in the area. There are many bars and restaurants in the area that are easily accessible on foot.

The bed takes up practically the entire apartment, and there's only a single window. The toilet, due to the garbage disposal, is very noisy when flushing. The walls are very thin; you can hear the neighbors talking next door, so you have to be very quiet at night. It's on the 6th or 7th floor of the building, with very small steps, and there's no elevator. But for the price and location, it's all manageable.

L’appartamento era perfetto per un breve soggiorno a Parigi, con una super posizione e con a disposizione tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.

Très bien situé. Arrivée autonome très simple grâce aux excellentes explications de l'hôte. C'est petit, certes, mais il n'y manque rien d'essentiel (sauf une seconde chaise). La communication avec l'hôte est excellente!
