Attractive family-friendly apartment house with 3 residential units and a pool area near the beautiful sandy beaches around Santa Maria al Bagno, a holiday resort on the Ionian coast between Gallipoli and Santa Caterina. The air-conditioned, bright apartments on the ground floor or first floor are modernly equipped. Apartment A has a terrace.
The highlight of the complex is the pool, where you can take a refreshing dip.
The sandy beaches are 400 meters away. In addition to many free beach sections, there are also lidos available for a fee. The coast is characterized by gently sloping beaches and is particularly suitable for children.
