About this villa rental
In the famous town of Santa Maria al Bagno, a few steps from the city of Gallipoli and in the immediate vicinity of the Regional Natural Park of Porto Selvaggio, brand new detached villa on 3 floors plus terrace with wonderful sea view.
The house is complete with private parking space, barbecue, a comfortable outdoor shower, numerous balconies and large outdoor areas.
Internally we find thermal windows in every room, Daikin air conditioners (top of the range) in every room and an alarm system active on every floor of the house; the house is divided as follows: on the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the first double bedroom; on the basement floor (accessible both internally and externally) there are the second double bedroom, the second bathroom also with shower and the laundry area. On the first floor there is the third double bedroom with access to two balconies, through which you can access the terrace from where you can enjoy a splendid view.
The house has excellent finishes and brand new furniture and is able to offer you a 5-star stay.
A few hundred meters from the house you can meet the spectacle of the Salento coast with its beaches and cliffs; this context is completed by numerous bars and restaurants that can make you taste the typical cuisine of these timeless places.

There was a lot of room and it was very spacious. We had everything we needed to stay there for almost a month. The view from the terrace was magnificent! Santa Maria al Bagno is a very lovely little place by the seaside with nice restaurants and cafes and a beautiful seaside promenade. Our host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Villetta a schiera dotata di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, lenzuola e stoviglie. Posizione non lontana dal centro paese, ma meglio guidare visto che la strada che porta alla spiaggia non ha marciapiede. Mare incantevole, gente ospitale. Il padrone di casa, Iacopo, è un ragazzo giovane molto disponibile. Portatevi dell’autan perché le zanzare di sera sono ingestibili.
