About this villa rental
Near the town of Gallipoli and its beaches and a short walk from the Regional Natural Park of Porto Selvaggio, rent beautiful detached house with three floors plus terrace, located in the charming town of Santa Maria al Bagno (famous for the tower divided into four sections ); the house, recently built, is complete with private parking, a very welcoming front porch with a comfortable and practical outdoor shower and a very spacious rear porch equipped with barbecue and surrounded by the garden, where you can dine outside in peace.
The house also has two large balconies and offers the opportunity to dine on the terrace from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the town of Salento Gallipoli.
The three levels of the house are so arranged: the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, TV and sofa bed, the 'kitchen overlooking the rear garden and the first bathroom with shower.
The basement floor (with independent access to the garden) is composed of a second bathroom also with shower, two double bedrooms and laundry area.
On the first floor is the third double bedroom (or two single beds, according to requirements) with a level two sunny balconies; from the balcony overlooking the garden you can access the stairs to get to the terrace.
Also the house is equipped with thermal fixtures to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Just 2 minutes from the house you will enjoy incontaminata Salento sea with its crystal clear waters, taking advantage of the choice between the low cliffs typical of these coasts or the suggestive beach of Santa Maria al Bagno overlooked by many restaurants where you can taste the renowned Salento cuisine in unique surroundings.

Nous avons séjourné du 26 juillet au 8 août 2020, 5 personnes et 2 chiens.
La maison est très bien. La terrasse ombragée et complètement fermée est parfaite. Surtout que nous étions avec 2 chiens, et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de les surveiller.
Que ce soit pour l'eau ou le gaz, pas besoin de s'en occuper, tout est géré par le propriétaire.
La disposition des chambres fait que nous avions chacun notre espace entre le couple et les jeunes adultes (nos enfants).
L'emplacement est bien. Le centre de Santa Maria est à 5 minutes de voitures.
La communication avec le propriétaire est très bien. Toujours à disposition, et répond très vite.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana qui passare la maggior parte del nostro tempo al mare, a rilassarci in giardino e a cucinare al barbecue per le nostre cene. La Villa dispone di tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno ed è adatta molti ospiti. La zona è tranquilla ma è vicino per negozi, bar e ristoranti.
Facile arrivare a Gallipoli (10 min.).

Nous sommes allés hors saison, fin octobre 2016 dans cette belle région du Salento. La villa est spacieuse, sur 3 niveaux, conforme au descriptif.
Le propriétaire, très aimable était toujours à notre écoute. Nous avons dû lui réclamer des couvertures supplémentaires car le logement n'est pas équipé de radiateur. La fraicheur et l'humidité se faisaient trop ressentir dans l'habitation. Des mauvaises odeurs sont remontées de la salle de bain du sous sol. Tout cela a rendu notre séjour un peu difficile.
La villa est tout de même très propre, bien située dans une zone calme sur la colline. Certainement très agréable l'été.
