Its distinctive feature is the terrace with view on the sea, where it is possible to have dinner.
The house is entirely fenced and it is possible to park up to 3 cars in the property. It is equipped with accessories such as barbecue, washing machine, hair-dryer and iron.

With Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno is characterized by the seafront promenade ideal during day (there are small beaches) or at night, with events and pubs with good food. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Summary of reviewsOur stay in the region with three couples was enjoyable despite some minor issues like uncomfortable beds in the third bedroom and a tiny, old Italian coffee maker for six people.

Nous étions trois couples et notre séjour dans la région fut agréables. Concernant la location , l'ensemble est correct malgré quelques points négatifs : les lits de la troisième chambre, des lits individuels, sont prévus pour des enfants et non des adultes, peu confortables. D'autre part pour 6 personnes nous n'avions qu'une minuscule cafetière italienne en mauvais état et malgré notre demande, le propriétaire n'a pas voulu en changer.
