About this villa rental
The house is about 30m from the sea (low rocks and easy to access even for children) and about 500m walk along the promenade from the splendid sandy beach of Santa Maria al Bagno. It is a house overlooking the sea and with a breathtaking view especially from sunset until night.
The house is on two levels, a mezzanine floor and a very decent basement floor.
On the mezzanine floor there are: living room with veranda facing the sea, kitchen + laundry room (with washing machine) in a separate room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
An air conditioner in the hallway easily refreshes the entire floor.
In the basement there are: two double bedrooms (in the photo are those with blankets respectively with light blue and orange color), a single with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
Two other emergency beds (bunk bed in a "pass-through area" with wardrobe) allow for a total of ten people.

The ville is very nice and can accommodate a large number of persons very comfortably. The position is simply awesome, everything is short distance (beaches, shops etc). The host has been very kind and always available and responsive since the beginning of our staying. Highly recommended!

Good welcoming.
The villa is agreable and good for relaxing.
Simple and cosy with a nice view. , it is a nice place to stay with friends or for a family.
