We warmly welcome you to our vacation complex on Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartments. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers many activities, all of which are within walking distance. The beach and the famous historic Koserow salt huts, dating back to the 19th century, are only about an 8-minute walk away. Experience Usedom in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow.
WE 11 FSS:
The small apartment (30 m²) is located in a vacation apartment complex and features comfortable amenities, including a shower/toilet, a living room with a cozy sofa set (sofa bed), TV, radio, an integrated kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a furnished terrace (south-facing), as well as a bedroom with a double bed. It has central heating and is suitable for 2 people. Bed linens and towels are available for rent. A private parking space and 2 bicycles for guests are available; pets are welcome.
The town of Koserow has a somewhat rural character, combined with a very beautiful surrounding countryside. There is an excellent network of bike paths, and the gorgeous beach is perfect for relaxing and playing. Local fishermen, the famous salt huts, and many other restaurants cater to your culinary needs.
The beach is an 8-minute walk from the apartment. Shopping options are conveniently located.

Vacation with your dog
Your four-legged friend is very welcome here (maximum of 2 dogs). We charge a fee of €10.00 per night per dog, as well as a one-time fee of €20.00 for final pet cleaning.
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.

- Non-smoking apartment
- Laundry service: Simply bring your own bed linens and towels, or conveniently rent them on-site (bed linens: 16, € per person / towels: 13, € per person).
- You must bring your own dish towels

Two bicycles are available for free use. Use of the bicycles is at your own risk.
These are voluntary additional services and therefore do not constitute a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental under travel law. Accordingly, a reduction in rent cannot be claimed in the event of unavailability.
