The Bent Palms Guest suite also provides a king sized bed with silky soft linens. Sleep like a dream with fluffy pillows! You have access to the Bent Palms Guest Bath which features a tub/shower combo and vanity. Any guest sleeping on the living room sofa sleeper can easily take advantage of the Bent Palms Guest Bath.
Sugar Beach has an on-site laundry for taking care of any laundry needs you may have. Your condo has an ironing board and iron provided-and a stackable washer & dryer of it's very own!
Sugar Beach is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. The awesome beachfront pool with a large sunning deck has plenty of chairs. Sugar Beach has so many great amenities on property. Bring your tennis rackets and get in a game on one of the two tennis courts. The tennis courts are set up for pickleball, too. There's also shuffleboard court and a grilling area adjacent to the large beach side pool.
A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. Minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking or vaping inside condo. This condo does not allow pets.
Parking is limited to two spaces per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Parking is NOT INCLUDED in your reservation due to condo association rules. As of August 2025, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and $100.00 per trailer. Fees are subject to change without notice so, please check the registration website you receive with your check in instructions for current rates. Please do not register pets on the parking site, this unit does not allow pets.

Beautiful views. Location is perfect to beach and pool. My only complaint is I was told bathrooms were updated and only the sinks were. The toilets are low to the ground and the bathtub/shower is very old.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and within walking distance of food and entertainment. The beach was clean and not too crowded. The room was comfortable and suited all our needs!

Unit plumbing system too old, 2 very old bath tubs, with not working showers, except 1 poor repaired shower.Should not be rented as is.
