Vacation Home - CASA PLAYA - in a beautiful location
The vacation home is located about 1 km outside the town center on a hill, in a very quiet spot at the end of a side street with little traffic, within a vacation complex. The beach—with white sand and sheltered swimming coves—is about 2 km away.
The house features two large bedrooms on the first floor, each with built-in closets. One room has a double bed, which also accommodates a crib; the other has two single beds. The double bedroom features two sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, which offers a view of the sea over the roofs of a few houses in the vacation complex. The balcony of the twin-bed room invites you to relax while enjoying the view of the volcanic landscape. The large bathroom is also located on the first floor, situated between the two bedrooms. It is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
On the first floor is the modern kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, 3 ceramic cooktops, a microwave, a toaster, and an oven. Next to it is the cozy living room with access to the terrace. Here, guests can watch a variety of German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian TV channels via Smart TV. They also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a small bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in mosaic-tiled shower, sink, and toilet.
The terrace features a large dining table with 6 chairs, as well as 6 sun loungers with comfortable cushions. Two umbrellas provide the desired shade. A large and a small communal swimming pool, located about 100 m from the house, invite young and old alike to enjoy daily fun!
The beach is easily accessible via a paved walkway. There are several sheltered coves here, protected from the waves, making them ideal for children. Several restaurants near the beach ensure that guests’ culinary needs are well taken care of, and there is also a large supermarket here.
Passionate golfers can indulge their passion at the two nearby golf courses! Tennis court 1 km away.
Bicycles can be rented at Caleta de Fuste Beach.
Water sports equipment is available for rent at the beach.
There are plenty of places to go out in Caleta de Fuste (one to two km away). There is a wide variety of places to visit, such as Corralejo (white sand dunes), Costa Calma, and Jandia. There is a nature park in La Lajita. A rental car is recommended.

A damage deposit of €200 is required. This must be paid by bank transfer. You will typically receive a refund within 7 days after your departure. The security deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer if no damage to the property is found during the post-departure inspection.
