Villa Salada on the Ocean Shore

The villa was very spacious, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Liked the fact that there were dishwasher tablets and washing powder available, althought I did take my own. It was a lovely surprise to find ample towels and beach towels, plus toilet rolls and awashing up liquid. On the whole the villa was very well equipped.

Although there was mirrors in both the bedrooms, only one of the bedrooms had a mirror. The washing machine / dryer were in a seperate room round the back the back of the property, the electricity tripped and we struggled to find the fuse box, we did eventually find it behind a picture, very good idea and keeps everything looking tidy but it took us over half an hour to find it. Some of the electricity sockets in the kitchen did not work and the lead to the kettle was not long enough to plug in, but where there is a will... ended up turning the big pan upside down and putting the kettle on that so the lead would reach to the socket.

Location, location, location. Space

We had a month's stay. The location was perfect. The villa definitely needs to be updated. Electric plugs not working some of them very loose on the walls. Electric kept tripping. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly .cushions and throws were smelly needed to be washed. The windows are very old but looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The outside of the villa was good a real sun trap.
