of San Pietro a Mare (municipality of Valledoria).
In a quiet location in the pine forest (embedded in a complex of
4 row complex), the house is 500 meters on foot from the long white sandy beach.
At your disposal are a private entrance, large private garden
garden, living room with single sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, covered veranda with lounge and dining table.

It is a comfortable and spacious vacation home with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, milk frother and kettle.
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the sofa.
Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

In the period from June 1st to September 30th, the tourist tax must be paid in cash to the municipality of Valledoria at check-in. The fee is per day per person over 14 years for up to 10 consecutive nights.
