This is an issue for Booking.com NOT the host. The messaging service of Booking.com was unreliable on the day we arrived so we did not have the key code. The host however, was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed via her whatsapp.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage zur Innenstadt. Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wohnung war Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren bis Alghero, La Pelosa, Sassari, Monte Limbara usw Dafür ideal. Sehr netter Kontakt, vielen Dank
