Upon arrival we got a code for key box and got the key. The apparment is speciousl enough for two persons. Kitchen has enough utensils and the bed was good.
The view from the balcony is spectecular but be awar that is facing north so you will not get full sunshine on it. Its an easy walk to the city center and there is small supermarkt nearby.
Bathroom has everything you need and there is a washing machine. Parking space is reserved outside.
Only the cleaniness is lacking. When we arrived there was still lots of hairs on the ground and a look under the bed/couch showed that this has never been cleaned at all. We left the appartment more clean then it was before.

The view was exceptional from the balcony, the apartment was compact but had everything we needed. There were a lot of steps from the carpark to the apartment, but there are steep hills and steps everywhere in the town so we soon got used to it. It was a short walk to the town centre where there was some form of entertainment most evenings and lots of restaurants that were reasonably priced. The walk to the old town at the top of the hill is definitely worth it, all in all we really enjoyed Castelsardo 😁
The parking space was on a severe slope and difficult to navigate in a manual car, if we went again we would most definitely hire an automatic. We had to leave the door to our daughter’s room open throughout the stay as it did not have air con and the apartment could get very warm.

Вид с балкона такой как на картинке, огромные окна в пол, так что такой же вид даже с кровати. Вообще квартира задумана хорошо, современно, но из-за плохого управления и технических проблем просто наслаждаться отдыхом в ней сложно.
Я жил здесь 8 дней, и просто перечислю основные проблемы за время моего пребывания. Хозяин живёт где-то в другом месте, связь с его представителем иногда затруднена, он может ответить сразу, может через несколько часов, а может совсем не ответить. А связываться придётся часто. В день заезда не работали кондиционеры, их починили только на следующий день к вечеру. После этого перестала работать варочная поверхность, её заменили только через 4 дня. Зато теперь я умею варить яйца с помощью чайника и духовки, как раз на четвёртый день у меня получилось идеально. Несколько раз пропадало электричество, иногда надолго, дважды это были проблемы во всём городе, но один раз выключился предохранитель на квартиру, он находится внизу на улице, советую сразу спросить про его местонахождение, наверняка понадобится. Вообще во всём комплексе серьёзные проблемы с электричеством, у других гостей тоже были, возможно поэтому выходит из строя оборудование в квартире, так что если вы решите выбрать этот вариант, лучше иметь хотя бы общие представления об электрике. Соответственно без электричества не было интернета, иногда интернет пропадал и в другое время, или сильно падало его качество. Так что судите сами, нужен вам такой «отдых». Лично я считаю себя обманутым, я заплатил за 8 ночей больше 800 евро, один лишь красивый вид не может столько стоить.
